Fascinating - the word that best describes with the beauty of God's creation. It is paradise, a place in which existence is positive, harmonious and timeless. It is conceptually a counter-image of the miseries of human civilization, and in paradise there is only peace, prosperity, and happiness. It is a place of contentment, but it is not necessarily a land of luxury and idleness.
Living in a world of paradise, all i can spell is PEACE. No one can ever deny that. But, does paradise exist? Well, if peace doesn't exist, so does paradise. But then again, the world is so chaotic nowadays. How can we ever see paradise if what I can smell now is the odor of a bombed city and the sound of running crowds? God just want us to be happy. That's why he created such an art to make us happy. But what have we done? We destroyed His creation. Instead of making Him happy also, we did such a disastrous act that made our Almighty Father unhappy. Are we all aware of this sad situation?
Like those past days that I spent here in Iligan City, last week was non-changing. It was just similar to a cycle, it goes down and up and up again then down. My moods were like that since I arrived here in the city. It's not that I don't want to be here again, it's just that the point of missing my family and friends kept on overshadowing my feelings. My life was unenjoyable, I think. Perhaps, I'm just like what they call "KJ", because I don't really care how it feels like to enjoy all the happenings that ever happen to me. But, well, since Sunday, I almost forgot the things that kept on missing me. Because, I did something enjoying with the help of my friends. Well, I think last week was just a lesson that I should let myself be busy in a way so that I can resist the temptation of missing them.
